We’re a small, hands-on team and each product is made and packed with care. Please review our shipping details below:

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Since our products are handmade in small batches, slight delays may occur during high-demand periods. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment

• Local Pickup (if available): Free and ready within 1–2 days after processing

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier to ensure your order arrives safely. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. While we are not responsible for items lost or delayed by the carrier, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Warm Weather Notice
During warmer months, some natural ingredients may soften or melt in transit. This doesn’t affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. If this happens, place the item in a cool area or refrigerate briefly to restore consistency.
